Orders are printed, packaged and sent by us, couriered to you via New Zealand Post. This whole process typically takes between 3-5 working days.

Just remember that we only process orders Mon-Fri, and New Zealand Post only Deliver Mon-Fri.

When your order is confirmed you should receive an order confirmation email - please note this is not your tracking email. Only once we have processed your order (allow up to 72 hours), will we then send you a dispatch email with your NZ Post Track and Trace number

Our delivery is limited to all and any restrictions that apply to (NZ Post).

• If you put in the wrong address, or an address that our couriers cannot locate or deliver the package to, you will be responsible to pay for any subsequent shipping costs (if the package is returned to us), or alternatively to pick up the package from the nearest delivery depot.
• We do not guarantee that your parcel will reach its destination within the delivery target, this is determined by the courier service.
• Public holidays may delay orders up to 2 days
• We deliver NZWide, including Rural Addresses and PO Boxes.
• We do not deliver internationally.
